This treatment produces permanent damage to hair follicles and is long-lasting. Some patients find that they do not require further treatment for years, if ever. More commonly, extremely low-cost maintenance sessions, 2-3 times per year, destroy newly developed follicles and keep the area hair-free.

Results may appear noticeable in days or in the week following each treatment. Each session is estimated to destroy 10-15% of the follicles in the treated area. A missed appointment is a loss to three (3) people, the client who missed the valuable time, another client who could have used the valuable time and the practitioner who was staffed and prepared for the treatment. Please be considerate of others and provide at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• It is important that you be on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals cause other patients to have to wait longer to receive their treatments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, there will likely not be enough time to receive your treatment and you will have to be rescheduled.If your appointment is rescheduled due to a late arrival, it will be treated the same as a no show or late cancellation and fees will apply.
• A deposit of $50 is required to book your first laser hair removal appointment and all individual pay as you go laser hair removal treatments. This $50 deposit will be refunded at your appointment or can be used toward your treatment cost.
• Late arrivals, late cancellation or missed appointments cost us valuable time that cannot be used to see other patients.

Please check your schedule and make every effort to keep your appointment or notify us well in advance to make changes so that you don’t incur charges, lose the remainder of your treatment package, and waste valuable staff time.

• 1st late arrival, no show, late cancellation under 24 business hours before your appointment, or missed appointment will be charged a fee of $50 to cover some of the staff time reserved for your treatment. This charge must be paid before further treatments can be scheduled or received. We will require a deposit of $50 to book your next treatment even if you have a prepaid package plan or a payment plan package. This deposit will be refunded at your appointment or can be applied toward your treatment cost. The deposit will NOT be refunded if you no show or late cancel or have to have your appointment rescheduled due to late arrival. Your treatment package and/or payment plan do not cover charges for missed appointments or late cancellations.
• 2nd and 3rd late arrival, no show, late cancellation under 24 business hours before your appointment, or missed appointment will be charged $100 to cover some of the staff time reserved for your appointment. This charge must be paid before further treatments can be scheduled or received. We will require a deposit of $50 to book your next treatment if you have a prepaid package plan or a payment plan package or prepayment of the service booked. The deposit will be refunded at your appointment or will be applied toward your treatment cost. The deposit will NOT be refunded if you no show or late cancel or have to have your appointment rescheduled due to late arrival. Your treatment package and/or payment plan do not cover charges for missed appointments or late cancellations.
• 4th late arrival, no show missed appointment or late cancellation will result in termination of your treatment package if you have a package or the full charge of the treatment scheduled.
• If you cancel after business hours via voicemail, Facebook or email, your appointment will be considered cancelled at the start of the next business day.
